Emanuel brings to the team vast experience in the construction field and many years as a successful real estate broker and investor. Paula completes the team with strong administrative and organizational skills along with the experience and passion for marketing and accounting.

Born and raised in Romania, Paula and Emanuel came to the US in the early 2000s looking for better opportunities and to fulfill their dreams. They realized that hard work, dedication and mental and financial discipline is the only way to succeed. Having been in the service industry prior to real estate, they understand the importance of listening to their clients and always doing right by them.

In their free time, Paula and Emanuel love hiking, swimming and dancing. They also enjoy reading and any activities they can do with their 2 wonderful children (Madeline 6 and Luke 4). They are active and involved in their local North Shore community making them a valuable resource for schools and community information.
